HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?
You can pay using a credit or debit card - we use Stripe to process your card and your details are encrypted so we never see them. Alternatively you can use Paypal!
HOW SAFE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
Very safe! We use Stripe which is a very trusted platform, to process your credit card payment, and we never even see your credit card details. If you use Paypal to pay, you will be sent an invoice each month which you can manually pay and we also never see your details.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
No, cancel anytime!
HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLASSES, COURSES AND E-BOOKS?
The Live Question and Answer Sessions, Ask the Expert and Community are all hosted in our Facebook group, which you can join as soon as you become a member. The Classes, Courses and E books are all hosted in the Happy Guinea Pig Club Portal - you will automatically be sent your log in details as soon as you join. The Library of guinea pig classes is all there in the Portal :)
HOW DO I CANCEL IF I WANT TO?
Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription, that's it! You can also contact me at [email protected], if you have any difficulties or would rather I cancelled it my end, I want you to be totally happy with your membership, and want you to be easily able to cancel if you feel it is no longer for you. There's nothing worse than companies that make it impossible to cancel or get hold of a real person to sort out an issue!
IS THE CLUB SUITABLE FOR KIDS?
Yes - the club is suitable for kids age 10+ so if you have a little guinea pig lover in your life then why not encourage their enthusiasm and empathy for other living beings?! We already have several teenage members. We all know that it's good for your mental health to have pets so it's a great interest for them to have and for you to foster! They will love learning more about their fur baby! As a mum of teenagers myself, I can guarantee that this is a supportive, non judgemental, welcoming environment where your young guinea pig enthuasiast will be safe and welcomed.
Kids and Teen Zone coming soon with activities and colouring sheets to keep them interested in their fur babies!
THE CAVY CAPER CHALLENGE : 14 DAYS OF PIGGY POPCORNING ONLY €1

Each day you will get right in your inbox either a very short email or a bitesize video with a mini challenge for you to do or think about, (don't worry, each day it will only take you 5-10 minutes, and can easily be done while you are spending your usual quality time with your guinea pig!) & when you have completed all the challenges, you will get a cute e-certificate with your guinea pigs picture on for you to print out & keep or share on social media to show them off!
